We have Factory Authorized Service Centers,
located throughout the United States and Canada, which perform
any necessary warranty repairs* for Bostitch® pneumatic
tools and compressors. They also provide regular non-warranty
repairs as well as stock and sell parts and accessories.
Factory Authorized Service Centers are experienced repair
facilities that have been selected by, and are in contact
with, the Stanley-Bostitch factory.

If you live in the United States, you may send your pneumatic
tool or compressor
at your expense to:

Please include your name, return address and daytime
phone. Warranty claims should also have a copy of a dated
sales receipt as a proof of purchase. If you wish to have
a pneumatic tool or a compressor repaired that is no longer
under warranty, please contact the customer service department
to verify that it is still eligible for service.
OFFICE PRODUCTS
Factory Authorized Service Centers, including the National
Service Center in Louisville, do not/can not repair Stanley®
Bostitch® office products. Do not return office products
to service centers. Instead, return the product to the location
where it was purchased along with sales receipt for credit/refund.
If the reseller elects not to provide a refund, please contact
Bostitch customer service for assistance.
